Kingdom Advisors Team!

We are the local community inreach and outreach group for Kingdom Advisors, a national membership of Christian financial and legal professionals.   We have monthly lunch meetings open to all, in addition to other opportunities for learning and service!  We seek to help our advisor members grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ, both as He spoke about finances and about life and service as a whole.  We are excited by how He is working in Albuquerque’s people and churches.  We welcome you to join us get to know how God is working through local Christian professionals to make an eternal impact in the Albuquerque community and throughout our world.

Message from John Moore, head of the leadership team:

 At our meetings, not only will you receive valuable networking and fellowship opportunities, but you will also receive meaningful training, tools, and resources from Kingdom Advisors Core Training program.  We will also share relevant case studies focusing on the application and best practices of how to apply Biblical wisdom into your financial counsel, and we will hear moving testimonies from our member professionals. We will help you develop personally and professionally, and give you the opportunity to be part of an incredible movement of stewardship and generosity in Albuquerque and New Mexico. Come help us make an eternal impact on this great community we love and enjoy, where God has given us influence.  We also want to give a special thanks to the Tijeras Foundation and the New Mexico Christian Community Foundation as these organizations are providing tremendous support in our branch development, and in developing a Generous Community Initiative in New Mexico.

Our main objective as a branch is to bring together local Christian Financial Professionals through Kingdom Advisors to motivate and equip them to integrate biblical financial wisdom into their lives and the lives of their clients.   We also want to create a special community of financial professionals for support, encouragement, fellowship, and discipleship.  So many successful and influential professionals are part of our local branch development including financial planners, investment advisors, estate/tax planners and attorneys, insurance specialists, bankers, and real estate/mortgage professionals.  Come be a part of this exciting movement and see how God is using financial professionals like yourself to change the lives of clients and their communities.

Special Guest Matthew Ellison May 20th, 2010 - One-Time Venue Change!

Please join us during our city-wide May 2010 meeting to hear Matthew discuss "Leveraging the Missions Potential of Local Churches".   This meeting will be held at Del Norte Baptist Church, 5800 Montgomery Blvd. NE in Albuquerque at 11:30 AM.  Luncheon RSVPs should be made to Michele Doyle by noon on May 19th at mdoyle@nmchristian.org.  The $10 cost covers your lunch order.

Albuquerque Branch Wins 2008 Award from Kingdom Advisors!

We were so excited to learn that we received the Kingdom Advisors Community Excellence award at the national conference in Georgia in February.  This was a complete surprise, and Roger Nagel, of Roger C. Nagel, CPA, LLC., accepted on our behalf.  Thank you to all who are involved in the ongoing Generous Community work, as well as being financial advisors of integrity!

Congratulations to JMA for winning the 2009 Practice of the Year award at the National KA Conference! 

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

While all are welcome at our events, the local Christian body is seeking Kingdom Advisors Qualified Members.  These are advisors who are trained in Biblical principles of financial stewardship, wisdom, and personal conviction by completing the Kingdom Advisors Core Training program.  This is an online program presented by Ron Blue with additional monthly group conference calls among current and former participants.
